The video begins in The Black House, a ranch owned by the Former U.S. President, Joel Chan. Joel Chan comes home from the congress, then went straight to his computer table, turn on and and surfs the Internet for pornographic websites. The pornographic website triggers the facility's security system, SafeSurf, and in response, sounds the Alarm. In embarrassment and depression, the former U.S. President decides to opt for a suicide. Joel Chan takes a final sip from a cup with liquor, anticipating the suicide ahead, then the camera pans to show the death of Joel Chan, as the film ends.
